It's past midnight and my baby hasn't woken up not even once yet (which is not very typical at all). So although I need to be up early in the morning, I'm still sitting here taking total advantage of this quiet "me-time". I love waking up to good news in the morning. So let this morning be as bright as it can!

This year I took a big step and booked SURTEX. I'm very excited and nervous at the same time. There are lots of preparations to be done - preparing portfolio, decorating my booth, printing giveaways, booking a hotel, oh boy! But I like adventures. I'm sure this will be all paid off.

As I'm preparing for Surtex, I'm getting some of my patterns ready. Getting them printed is a big challenge though, because the colors never turn out like you see them on your screen. I'm learning about color management as I'm doing this.
